An original Langebaan Houseboat newly restored in chic Scandi-style, this off-grid, comfortable houseboat is perfect for a water-based family holiday, getaway with friends or relaxing, romantic retreat. Permanently moored on the banks of the farms largest dam, the House Boat, Stokies Ark, provides a unique location and gorgeous views of the surrounding Kogelberg Biosphere mountains and South Hill vineyards.

The Houseboat sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults & 4 kids
First cabin – queen-sized
Second cabin queen-sized bed
Third cabin – two single bunk beds – suitable for two adults or up to 4 children,

The dam is populated by a variety of bird life and is perfect for swimming, catch & release bass fishing.

Kayaks are available and we encourage you to bring your own SUP, fishing rods and any other water sport crafts.

The House Boat is available on a self-catering basis. Your stay includes a wine tasting of the South Hill range of wines.

Breakfast, lunch and wine tasting and sales available at our on-site Restaurant Fridays to Mondays
